Our Principals
Martin DennettPrior to Co-founding Fifth Executive, Martin had a highly successful B2B Sales career with over 25 years experience in Senior Sales roles both in Australia and abroad. This involved senior roles in Asia, Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, including a Global Sales role with a leading Medical and Security Assistance group. Throughout his career, Martin has had extensive recruitment experience, working alongside in-house HR teams in the recruitment process and therefore understands the challenges and importance of finding the right Sales candidate. A proponent of Consultative Selling, Martin has been trained, and has coached teams in, a number of the leading Sales methodologies including Solution Selling, Miller Heiman and SPIN

Graeme YeatmanGraeme has over 25 years experience in senior corporate Sales and Recruitment industry roles.
Prior to Co-founding Fifth Executive with Martin, Graeme held a number of Senior National Sales Director level Sales roles within Australia with regional accountability. Graeme has extensive sales and account management experience across multiple sectors including medical, pharmaceutical, insurance, risk management, finance and professional services. As a senior level recruiter, Graeme was directly involved in both retained and contingency- based searches. Graeme has successfully completed numerous searches across multiple sectors specialising in senior level sales recruitment. |
Our Name
The 'C-Suite' has traditionally been characterised by four Executive functions, namely, CEO, CFO, COO and CIO. In more recent times, organisations have understood the importance of the Sales function and its impact on the growth and success of the organisation. At the same time, the Sales function has itself become more professionalised with universities increasingly offering Sales-related degrees. Today it is not uncommon to see 'C-Level' positions such as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) amongst the 'C-Suite'.
