Its a simple 3-step process.

As different Employers require different levels of assistance through the recruiting process, Fifth Executive has developed a flexible and cost-effective shortlisting service that allows Managers and Internal HR teams to free up their time by only needing to meet and interview those candidates who are suitable for the open position. Its a simple 3-step process.
STEP 1. CONSULTATION One of our team will meet with your Hiring Manager to get a thorough understanding of both the role and your organisation. It is important that we understand your specific company dynamics in addition to the candidate profile sought. |
STEP 2. RESUME SHORTLISTING You send us the resumes you have received for the open position. Our standard Shortlisting service includes a review of up to 150 resumes. A sliding fee scale applies for each additional 50 resumes. |
STEP 3. PRESENTATION OF SHORTLIST Following our review, you will have the opportunity to meet with the 5-10 key candidates who have been identified by our team as meeting your brief. You spend less time reading CV’s and more time on your key deliverables. All notes we have taken on these shortlisted candidates will be provided at this time. |
